Your appointments are very important to the team members here at Tru Colors, it is time reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations. 


Please understand that when you fail to give notice or forget your appointment, we miss an opportunity to fill that appointment time, and the clients on our waiting list miss an opportunity to receive a service. Our appointment reminders are sent out with your permission 48 hours in advance so that you are able to confirm. Since services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

  •     Less than 24 hour notice will result in a re-booking fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • A NO SHOW appointment will result in a re-booking fee equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

  •  A same day appointment that is reserved and cancelled/no show will result in a re-booking fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • Any service or combo over $100 must be held with a credit card to reserve appointment time. 

  • In the case of inclement weather conditions, if the local school district is CLOSED the day of our reserved appointment, you will not be held accountable for the re-booking fee of your service.

This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of availability as well as keeping our team members schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policy criteria.
